The inlet pipe can be connected to the tap or the user's own circulating water device. The inlet should ensure a certain pressure and flow rate to prevent equipment damage caused by insufficient water pressure and flow rate. The recommended water pressure is 0.05-0.2 MPa, and the water flow rate is 16 L/min. The equipment is equipped with a water pressure switch and a temperature sensing system to effectively protect the water pressure and temperature. Otherwise, it will automatically stop working and emit a buzzing sound; In addition, the induction coil of this device adopts tin welding. When heated without cooling water, it will cause the tin to melt, which can provide water free protection

For the installation and use of cooling water, there are several suggestions:

※ The cooling water source should ensure stable water supply, and it is best to use a water pump to ensure reliability.

※ Cooling water should be clean and non corrosive

※ The cooling water temperature should not be too high and should be below 40 ℃

※ Before heating, check that the cooling water is unobstructedPlease do not change the soldering of the induction coil to copper soldering or silver soldering

2. Equipment power connection:

Use 6mm ² The above soft copper wires are connected to the input power supply according to the diagram, with a power requirement range of 340V-420V. Exceeding this range may cause equipment damage, please be aware! Due to the high power of the device, when connecting, it should be ensured that the connection is firm and the contact resistance at the electrical connection should be minimized as much as possible to avoid serious voltage drop during operation, which will affect the normal operation of the equipment. Users should especially avoid the practice of simply hanging the power cord on the power grid

3. Protective ground wire connection:

Use 4mm ² The left and right wires will ground the equipment to prevent electric shock

4. Installing the induction coil:

The induction coil not only flows water but also generates a large induction heating current, which directly affects the normal use of the machine. Users are advised to install it carefully.
